My contemporary research is focused on emerging user behaviors tapped by networked, ubiquitous and virtually free computing resources.  I explore the implications for individuals, business and learning.  This coming from a background in business profit improvement, enterprise systems and supply chain optimization, coupled with recent professional experience with new media including virtual worlds.
